The answer

It is recommended to seek refuge in Allah Almighty and to supplicate frequently to get rid of obsessive thoughts, and to strengthen faith by reciting the Qur’an and contemplating its verses, sitting with scholars and righteous people, attending knowledge gatherings, and drawing closer to Allah through good deeds. This is along with contemplating the universe and oneself to realize the existence and oneness of Allah. Furthermore, the obsessive thoughts that one experiences are from Satan, so one should frequently recite Surah Al-Ikhlas and the two Mu'awwidhat (Surahs Al-Falaq and An-Nas), and the morning and evening remembrances. To achieve humility (khushu') in prayer, one must fully prepare for it by completing its conditions, performing it in congregation, and performing its regular Sunnah prayers. And Allah Almighty does not let the reward of those who do good deeds be lost.
