Red heart emojis express love and can be permissible or forbidden. The Permanent Committee for Issuing Fatwas has also affirmed the impermissibility of using these symbols to express love for the Prophet, peace be upon him, due to the resemblance to people of immorality and the mixing of love for the Prophet with love for created beings.
