Is working on a farm that raises birds sold to companies that release and then hunt them permissible (halal)?

There is no harm in raising birds and hunting them for their meat. It must be noted that it is not permissible to reside in non-Muslim countries for someone who cannot observe the rituals of their religion or fears falling into temptation.
