How is the inheritance divided among three sons, two daughters, and three paternal half-brothers?

If the heirs are limited to three sons and two daughters, and the deceased left no other heirs, then the inheritance is distributed among them by 'asabah (agnatic kinship), with the male receiving the share of two females, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." There is nothing for the paternal brothers, as they are completely excluded from inheritance by the presence of a son. The inheritance is divided into eight shares, with each son receiving two shares and each daughter receiving one share.
