What is the reason for the inability to recite and glorify God during prayer, is that due to envy, and how can I pray as the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, used to pray?

If a calamity befalls you in your religion or your worldly life, the fundamental principle is to blame yourself, for calamities are what the hands of people have earned. The servant should hasten to repent and seek forgiveness, seek help from Allah Almighty, have a good opinion of Him, truly rely on Him, persist in supplication, and strive to remain steadfast in what pleases Allah.
