This tripartite partnership is corrupt because it is neither a partnership nor a loan nor a lease. A partnership is not valid unless the partners mix their funds. In a Mudarabah (profit-sharing) contract, the capital provider gets their principal back upon termination. A lease requires a known rent and a known work.

If the transaction is invalid, all the produce belongs to the owner of the seeds, because it is his property that has increased. He must pay the owner of the land the equivalent rent for his land, and the worker the equivalent wage for his labor.
