What is the ruling on a partnership between two people in cultivating land, where each pays an equal amount, and one of them manages the cultivation in exchange for a quarter of the profit, after which the remaining profit is divided between them?

The Hanbalis and a group of jurists permitted the partnership in which one of the partners works with the capital and receives more than the profit of his capital. Al-Ruhaibani, in "Maṭālib ʾUlī al-Nuhā," conveyed the permissibility of this, explaining that the excess amount taken by the working partner is in return for his work with another's capital.
