We advise you to turn away from obsessive thoughts and to occupy your time and energy with what distracts the mind from them, such as learning beneficial knowledge. What you have mentioned does not constitute disbelief (kufr) or apostasy (riddah). Mulla Ali al-Qari said: "If the expression of an ordinary person can be interpreted in ninety-nine ways as indicative of disbelief, and in one way as not, it is impermissible to rule that he has apostatized."
