What is the evidence from the Qur'an and Sunnah that whoever insults Allah Almighty without intending disbelief is considered a disbeliever?

The Sharia texts indicate that whoever insults Allah is a disbeliever, whether this insult is accompanied by a false belief or not. This is based on the Almighty's saying: {And if you ask them, they will surely say, "We were only conversing and jesting." Say, "Is it with Allah and His verses and His Messenger that you were mocking?" Make no excuse; you have disbelieved after your belief.} This verse indicates the disbelief of anyone who mocks Allah, His verses, and His Messenger, whether in jest or play. The one who insults is more sinful than the one who mocks, thus he is a disbeliever by an even greater right. The people of knowledge have unanimously agreed on the disbelief of whoever insults Allah and that there is no excuse for him, because there is no desire or ambiguity in that, but rather it stems from wickedness of the soul and rebellion against Allah.
