The answer

The Friday (ritual bath) is recommended, not obligatory, according to the majority of scholars and the four imams. It has been narrated from Ahmad another opinion that it is obligatory. Those who consider it obligatory cite prophetic hadiths such as: "The Friday ghusl is obligatory upon every pubescent." As for those who consider it recommended, they cite the : "Whoever performs ablution on Friday, that is good and excellent; and whoever performs ghusl, then ghusl is better."

Therefore, there is no sin upon you for not performing thel ghusl for Friday, but performing ghusl is better and carries a greater reward. You must repent from masturbation by fasting, engaging in dhikr (remembrance of God), supplication, keeping good company, and avoiding situations that arouse desires.
