How sound is the Hadith: "There is no dutiful child who looks at his mother with a gaze of mercy except that for every glance he will have a an accepted Hajj"?

This hadith is weak due to the presence of Nahshal ibn Sa'id in its chain of transmission, who is accused of lying, and the presence of Al-Hasan ibn Harun, who is unknown. Furthermore, Al-Hakim's book "Kitab al-Tarikh," in which this hadith appears, is known for the weakness of its narrations.
