The answer

Abandoning prayer and fasting without a valid legal excuse is a grave sin. Allah has promised severe punishment for those who commit it, except for those who repent, believe, and do righteous deeds. Indeed, Allah accepts their repentance and transforms their evil deeds into good ones. What has been missed of prayers and fasting must be made up. Additionally, a poor person must be fed for each day of fasting missed due to delaying its makeup until another begins. As for prayers intentionally missed, the majority of scholars hold that they must be made up. If you do not know their exact number, act based on what you predominantly believe to be true.
