Is eating while standing, holding a sandwich in the right hand and a drink in the left hand, considered a violation of the Sunnah?

Eating and drinking with the left hand are disliked by scholars, and some have gone so far as to prohibit it. Eating and drinking while standing, without need, is also disliked. Thus, if there is no need to drink juice while standing or to drink it with the left hand, then it goes against the Sunnah. However, if there is a need for it, then it appears that the dislike is lifted in that instance, because using the left hand here is a matter of necessity, and because eating with the right hand is understood to be a recommendation.
