Is it permissible to hold a cup with the left hand and support it with the right while drinking during a meal, when the right hand is occupied, and what is the guidance of the Prophet (PBUH) regarding drinking during a meal?

The Sunnah commands eating and drinking with the right hand and forbids doing so with the left, because Satan eats and drinks with his left hand. If a person needs to use both hands, there is no harm in it, as it is authentically reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that he drank from a waterskin and a bucket. It is permissible to use both hands when there is a need, and one should primarily rely on the right hand while supporting it with the left.
