Is working for a company that funds small projects through interest-bearing loans, with salary increases based on the number of registered clients, considered permissible or impermissible?

Lending with interest is usury (riba), unanimously forbidden. Allah has declared war on those who practice it, and the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the one who consumes usury, the one who feeds it, its scribe, and its two witnesses. It is impermissible to assist in this usury in any form. One must abandon this work and seek lawful sustenance, for whoever fears Allah, He will make for him a way out and provide for him from where he does not expect.
