What is the ruling on a woman claiming her inheritance share in a house where she lives with her husband and children, knowing that she contributed to its formation, and is she entitled to own it after all she has given for it?

The wife has no claim to her husband's house after his death except for one-eighth (if there are surviving descendants) or one-fourth (if there are no surviving descendants). This is her legal right, and she cannot own the entire house. If her husband has other heirs, they have the right to demand their share of the house, and the wife's residence in the house does not prevent them from doing so. In case of a dispute among the heirs, the matter must be referred to the Sharia court.
