Is the angel entrusted with the fetus considered a "creator" in the sense of a designer and maker? And does he create the features of the fetus, or does he execute them by Allah's command, taking into consideration that "creation" is one of Allah's unique attributes?

Allah is the Creator of the fetus, and the angel shapes the fetus by the command of Allah the Almighty. When the embryo reaches forty days, an angel is sent, who brings earth and mixes it with the embryo, then shapes it as commanded. The angel then records its wretchedness or bliss, its sustenance, its lifespan, and its misfortunes.
