The answer

The profession of judgeship entails great risk for one's religious commitment, yet a just judge who is knowledgeable of the rulings attains a great status with Allah. The danger lies not in the profession itself, but in whoever practices it without qualification or knowledge, or is negligent in their responsibilities. Therefore, one should choose a profession that they master and can earnestly bear its responsibility. A skilled surgeon is not advised to abandon his profession because of an error that led to a patient's death; rather, he should repent and continue with caution and precaution, for he may have a great reward in it.
