Is the marriage valid if a girl marries a man without her father's knowledge or consent, with the father previously aware of their relationship and having rejected it, and the father dies without knowing of her marriage or consenting to it?

The girl wronged herself and disobeyed her Lord by establishing an unlawful relationship with a foreign man. She must initiate repentance, seek forgiveness, and perform righteous deeds. Her marriage without her father's permission is invalid according to the majority of scholars and must be annulled immediately. It becomes valid and binding if a Sharia judge rules it to be sound, or if it is contracted by someone who follows Imam Abu Hanifa's school of thought.
