How can the father of a girl who married without his permission be convinced that her marriage is valid, and what is the way to reconcile them, and is it necessary to annul the contract and re-establish it anew?

If the guardian prevents the woman from marrying a suitable man out of stubbornness, he is considered to be unjustly withholding her right (ʿāḍil), and the guardianship transfers to the next closest relative or to the judge. If the matter of marriage is brought before the Sharia (definition) court, the father is not permitted to accuse his daughter of adultery or to rule on the invalidity of her marriage; rather, he must refer to the judiciary or to scholars. As for reconciling differences between the father and his daughter, that is among the best deeds. This can be achieved by the intervention of some righteous individuals to clarify the daughter's right to filial piety and the father's right to maintain ties, and that forgiving the wrongdoer is a means of attaining Allah's forgiveness and pardon.
