Should one give charity to Muslim sisters who request it in Britain, taking into account that it is said there are no needy people in that country, and that the reward for charity requires verifying the recipient's need, and how can one verify that?

It is recommended to give charity to poor women, even if they are unknown and claim poverty, following the example of the Prophet (peace be upon him) with the two men who asked him for charity. Giving to the rich is better than depriving the poor, and this is even more highly recommended for Muslim women residing in non-Islamic countries, to safeguard their honor.
