Is it permissible for a Muslim who finds it difficult to perform the 'Isha and Fajr prayers on time due to work circumstances to pray them according to the prayer times in Makkah al-Mukarramah?

Allah has appointed a specific time for each prayer, and it is not permissible to offer it before or after its designated time, except for combining prayers (jama'). This is affirmed by the Almighty's saying: "Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers at specified times." The Prophet (peace be upon him) clarified the times for each prayer. Whoever offers it before its time, it will not be valid for them, and whoever delays it beyond its time without a valid excuse for combining prayers has disobeyed Allah. Prayer times vary from one country to another; therefore, it is not permissible to pray according to Makkah's timing for those not residing there. Instead, one must rely on the timing of their respective country. The difficulty of work does not permit offering prayer before its time. Rather, prayer is more important than work, and it must be performed at its appointed time. If the prayer time does not begin until after returning from work, one should set an alarm to wake up for prayer.
