What is the ruling on performing the obligatory prayer before its prescribed time for fear of it overlapping with another prayer, due to working with a non-Muslim employer?

For the validity of prayer, the entry of its time is a prerequisite, based on the Almighty's saying: (Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers a [fixed] time). A Muslim must make performing prayer on time a prerequisite in their work. Whoever prays before the entry of its time must repeat it. It is not permissible to delay the prayer until its time has expired. It is permissible to combine Dhuhr with Asr and Maghrib with Isha under specific conditions.
