What is the ruling on managing an inherited café, if closing it would necessitate a fine for dismissing workers that I cannot afford, and does the same sin apply if I rent it out to another person?

Cafes are permissible, and earning from them is lawful if they are free from selling prohibited items and assisting in wrongful acts. Thus, there is no objection to utilizing a cafe to sell permissible drinks and foods, nor is there any objection to renting it out to someone whom you do not know will use it for impermissible purposes. However, renting it out for the purpose of selling prohibited items is not permissible.
