Is the Hadith, which Al-Tirmidhi graded as Hasan Gharib and Al-Albani graded as Munkar, acted upon, and which states: "Whoever glorifies Allah a hundred times in the morning and a hundred times in the evening, it is as if he has performed one hundred Hajj pilgrimages"?

Some scholars, like Al-Albani, have deemed this hadith weak, while others, like Al-Tirmidhi, have graded it fair (hasan). Acting upon it concerning the virtues of deeds is permissible according to the majority of scholars, with certain conditions. These conditions include not believing in its absolute authenticity and mentioning it only as supporting evidence for what has been reported in authentic hadiths. The authentic hadiths are sufficient, rendering it unnecessary to act upon weak ones.
