Is the wife obliged to comply with her husband’s request that she sleep in his embrace, after he swore three times that he would not let her sleep in his embrace again if she did not come?

If the wife does not obey her husband's command and does not come to him, the husband breaks his oath if she sleeps in his embrace afterwards, and he is liable for one expiation for an oath for all three of his oaths if they pertained to one matter. It is preferable to break an oath if it becomes clear that goodness lies in breaking it, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "If you take an oath, then see something better than it, then do that which is better and expiate your oath." The wife must obey her husband in matters that do not involve disobedience to Allah the Almighty.
