Is it permissible for a Muslim to pray for his own death if he fears that he might cause temptation for Muslim women due to his strong personality and eloquent speech at work?

It is not permissible to wish for death except for a legitimate Shar'i reason. The fear of women being tempted by a Muslim does not justify it. What is obligatory is to avoid mixing with women as much as possible, and for a Muslim not to be the cause of women's temptation. If a woman is tempted by him without his causing it, then there is no sin upon him.
