Is it permissible to pay money for a promotional advertisement for a Telegram channel that focuses on publishing medical and health information, news about studies, and local news, with the aim of increasing the number of subscribers and achieving greater benefit?

There is no objection to paying money to promote a channel whose content is permissible and beneficial. Its owner will be rewarded if he intends to benefit people and make things easy for them, seeking Allah's pleasure, and not seeking reputation, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever makes his deeds known (to others to gain reputation), Allah will make his deeds known (to others on the Day of Judgment to humiliate him); and whoever does good deeds to show off, Allah will expose his hidden evil intentions."
