What is the ruling on dealing with insurance for interest-free bank loans if files are not accepted without it?

Insurance is a void contract and is impermissible because it involves adventure, risk, and consuming wealth unlawfully. It is a form of gambling, which Allah the Almighty has forbidden in His saying: "O you who have believed, indeed intoxicants, gambling, [sacrificing to] stone altars, and divining arrows are but defilement from the work of Satan, so avoid it that you may be successful." The reason it constitutes consuming wealth unlawfully is that the amounts borne by the insurance company may be greater than what the contributor paid, or the contributor may not suffer any harm, in which case the company consumes their wealth unlawfully.
