Is the phrase "God is love" permissible in Islamic law?

It is not permissible to apply the slogan "God is love" to Allah Almighty, because it is the slogan of Christians, and in it there is an imitation of them. Furthermore, its meaning is corrupt, as it suggests that God loves all people, even His enemies, which contradicts what is stated in the Quran and Sunnah, namely that the love of Allah Almighty is specific to those who believe and obey Him, and indicates wrath, hatred, and vengeance for others.
