Is the Hadith, "It is a sign of rudeness for two men to meet and converse, then depart without one knowing the other's name," authentic?

The following is mentioned in a tradition: "Three things are uncivilized: that a man befriend another man and not know his name or nickname." This is a Munkar (denounced) Hadith narrated by Al-Daylami from Anas, and Al-Daylami's Musnad is known to contain weak narrations.
