Is it permissible to print a supplication for the deceased and place their name on the first page of the Qur’an to distribute it as an ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah)?

It is permissible to dedicate copies of the Qur'an as waqf (endowment) in a mosque, making their reward for a specific deceased person, and writing their name at the beginning of the Qur'an so that the reader may supplicate for them. Indeed, the reward of ongoing charity (sadaqah jariyah) and supplication reaches the deceased.
