Should the vacation period be divided between the two wives, or does the second wife have the right to the entire period, given that the first wife resides in another country?

You must be just between your two wives in lodging, whether they live with you in the same country or if one of them is in another country. This justice is obligatory throughout the year, and the husband is only exempted from it for the duration of his travel. If you intend to reside [in a place] or if your travel period exceeds twenty-one prayers, then you must make up [the time]. It is permissible for a woman to waive her right to her share from her husband or from her co-wives, with the husband's consent.
