What is the ruling on dealing with a female in a male body, who has both male and female organs, and who expresses admiration for me?

If a person with an indeterminate sex (khuntha mushkil) remains undifferentiated, they are treated with caution, meaning they are treated as a female. Therefore, it is not permissible to befriend them or to be alone with them. It is not permissible for a non-mahram, whether male or female, to be alone with them. They should not travel except with a male mahram, and they should not uncover themselves before mahram men or women, due to the possibility of what is unlawful. Hence, one must keep a distance from them and treat them as a non-mahram woman. It is not permissible to look at what is forbidden to look at on a non-mahram woman, and it is never permissible to look at their male organ. Whoever has looked at any of this must repent to Allah.
