Is it permissible for a hermaphrodite to sit with women or men?

The intersex person is treated with the most cautious approach concerning rulings where there is a difference between men and women. Thus, among men, they are treated as a woman, and among women, they are treated as a man. Therefore, it is not permissible for a strange man to be alone with them, nor for a strange woman to be alone with them. They should not uncover their 'awrah in front of strange men, due to the possibility of them being a woman, nor in front of strange women, due to the possibility of them being a man.
