Is it permissible to practice polygyny with forged documents in Europe, where it is considered a crime?

Polygyny is permissible on condition of justice between wives, as Allah Almighty says: "Marry such women as seem good to you, two, three, or four; but if you fear that you will not be able to deal justly with them, then only one." Muslims in Western countries must adhere to the prevailing conditions, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." It is not permissible to resort to deception and forgery to marry another woman, as Allah Almighty says: "So shun the word of falsehood," and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever deceives us is not of us." A Muslim should be a good example in his morals to attract people to Islam, not to repel them from it. Allah Almighty said: "Our Lord, make us not a trial for those who disbelieve." To avoid this predicament, a Muslim should emigrate to a Muslim country.
