How is the sum of 3190 Dinars to be distributed among the heirs of the deceased: his wife, his four sons, and his four daughters?

If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, the inheritance is divided as follows: The wife receives one-eighth as a prescribed share, based on the Almighty's saying: "But if you have a child, then for them is one eighth of what you leave." What remains thereafter is divided among the sons by way of ta'sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females. If the estate is 3190, the wife's share would be 398.75, each son's share 465.20, and each daughter's share 232.60. The matter of estates must be brought before the Sharia courts for investigation and to ensure there are no wills, debts, or other rights taking precedence over the heirs' rights.
