The name "Al-'Aati" (The Giver) is not among the Beautiful Names of Allah, because Allah's Names are tawqifiyyah (divinely ordained and restricted to what is mentioned in revelation), and it has not been reported that this is one of His Names. Therefore, it is not permissible to name someone "Abdul-'Aati" (Servant of the Giver).
