It is not permissible for a woman to lead men in prayers, including the funeral prayer. There is no harm in a woman performing the funeral prayer, but it is preferable for a man to lead the congregants if men are present. The prayer should not be repeated, in order to avoid the jurisprudential disagreement regarding its repetition.
