Does sin befall the one who makes coffee for an old woman—sometimes conscious and sometimes unconscious—during the day in Ramadan, after informing her that it is Ramadan?

If the outward state of the woman mentioned indicates a loss of sanity and her entry into senility and old age, then there is no harm in giving her coffee, because she is not obligated to fast. For the occasional presence of some sanity does not indicate its permanence. However, if she is in full possession of her faculties, she should not be given anything to avoid aiding in falsehood. For the one who has lost their mind, such as the imbecile, the senile, and the insane, the obligation of fasting is waived for them.
