Does a person who sought Ruqyah then decided to abandon it not fall within the category of those who will enter Paradise without reckoning? And is joking by saying "your face is bad luck" after the rain stops considered Al-Tiyarah (superstitious belief in omens), and does its speaker forfeit the description mentioned in the previous Hadith?

We hope that whoever sought ruqyah out of ignorance of the virtue of the seventy thousand, and then resolved to abandon seeking ruqyah, will not be deprived of this promise, for the bounty of Allah is vast. Sheikh Abdul Muhsin Al-Abbad was asked about someone who had previously sought ruqyah or cauterization and then repented: "Does he enter among the seventy thousand?" He replied, "He is upon goodness."

As for what is uttered jokingly, it is not ṭiyarah (evil omen) as long as it is not accompanied by pessimism. However, it must be avoided because it is a reprehensible falsehood and to block the door to corrupt belief.
