Does the curse mentioned in the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying, "May Allah curse the one who plucks eyebrows and the one for whom they are plucked," last for the rest of one's life?

The wording of the Hadith (definition) in Sahih (definition) Muslim is: "Allah has cursed the women who tattoo and those who have themselves tattooed, those who pluck their eyebrows, and those who make spaces between their teeth for beauty, altering the creation of Allah." The curse is expulsion from Allah's mercy, and its cause is being characterized by the mentioned sins. If a sinner repents sincerely, then Allah accepts their repentance, and the curse is lifted, due to His saying, the Most High: "Except for those who repent, believe and do righteous deeds; for them Allah will change their evil deeds into good ones. And Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful," and the saying of the Prophet (peace be upon him): "The one who repents from sin is like one who has no sin."
