Is the Hadith regarding plucking eyebrows authentic, and what is the ruling on a woman who plucked her eyebrows and then wished to restore them to their original state, but they grow back poorly?

The hadith prohibiting the plucking of eyebrows and cursing the one who does it is authentic. As for she who has done so and repented with a sincere repentance, Allah accepts her repentance, and she should leave her eyebrows as they were originally created. If a disfigurement results that deviates from the original form and is unusual, considered a defect, then she may remove the excess beyond the original limit.
