What is the ruling on removing excessively abundant eyebrow hair if it causes an unseemly appearance and can only be trimmed by plucking, knowing that the one who plucks is cursed?

Removing some eyebrow hair is considered plucking (namṣ), which was cursed by the Messenger of Allah, Allah's peace and blessings be upon him, both the one who does it and the one for whom it is done. This is due to his saying: "May Allah curse the women who tattoo and those who have themselves tattooed, those who pluck eyebrows and those who have them plucked, and those whoR-M-V who separate their teeth for beauty, altering Allah’s creation." An exception to this is if the eyebrow density reaches a level that disfigures the appearance and is outside the norm; in such a case, it is permissible to lighten it to the extent that removes this disfigurement.
