Is it permissible to clean thick eyebrows without thinning or altering their shape, given that plucking (al-namṣ) is forbidden?

If cleaning the eyebrow means removing some of its hair, then this is from the accursed plucking (al-nams), whose doer and receiver are cursed, according to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him: "May Allah curse the women who tattoo and those who have themselves tattooed, those who pluck eyebrows and those who have their eyebrows plucked, and those who separate their teeth for beauty, altering the creation of Allah." However, if the eyebrow's thickness has reached a degree that disfigures the appearance and is unusual, then there is no harm in thinning it to the extent that removes this disfigurement.
