What is the ruling on tightening the nose with threads to remove a hump or protruding bone, without changing its size?

Nose thread lift is a cosmetic procedure to lift and sculpt the nose, lasting for one to two years. Cosmetic procedures are divided into two categories: First, those intended for increasing beauty and enhancement, which are forbidden and fall under the prohibited alteration of Allah's creation, because nose threads involve a permanent change. Second, those intended to remove a congenital or acquired defect, which are permissible to the extent of removing the defect and restoring things to their natural state, such as removing an unnatural nasal hump or a prominent bone. However, if the nose is in its usual shape and the goal is further beauty, then this is forbidden and considered an alteration of Allah's creation.
