What is the ruling on undergoing a cosmetic surgery for a large nose that has a hump and deviation, and slightly affects breathing and psychological well-being? Is this considered a change to Allah's creation or a lack of contentment with Allah's decree? Is it permissible during Ramadan? And is it obligatory to inform a suitor about it?

It is permissible to perform a nose cosmetic surgery if its crookedness or large size reaches a degree of disfigurement beyond the norm, in order to restore it to the normal limit without intending beautification. However, if it does not reach the degree of disfigurement, it is not permissible to perform it. In the case of permissibility, the operation is not considered contrary to contentment with Allah's decree; rather, it is a flight from Allah's decree to Allah's decree. It should be performed outside of Ramadan if it prevents fasting, and there is no obligation to inform the suitor about it.
