Does the hadith "Every flesh that grows from unlawful gain, the Fire is more befitting of it" include the abandoned child?

The hadith is general regarding consuming unlawful earnings, and it is among the hadiths of warning. It does not include the foundling, because he has no sin, and he is not held accountable for the sin of another, as Allah Almighty says: "And no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another."
