What is the wife's share of her deceased husband's inheritance if she did not bear him children, and he has children from another wife, is it one-quarter or one-eighth?

The wife's share of her husband's inheritance is one-eighth if he has a lineal descendant, whether male or female, from her or from another wife, and whether she bore him children or not. If he has no lineal descendant, her share is one-fourth. Allah Almighty said: "And for them [i.e., your wives] is one fourth of what you leave if you have no child. But if you have a child, then for them is one eighth of what you leave."
