Is the husband's work in pharmaceutical promotion, distributing free samples and promotional gifts, and taking these items from other companies for personal use or distributing them to relatives, permissible in Islamic law? And is what the wife does by giving charity from household expenses without her husband's knowledge with the intention of purifying his money permissible in Islamic law? Will the husband be rewarded for it? And is it permissible to use it for building a mosque?

The advertising representative must adhere to the limits set by the company for the distribution of promotional materials, and he is not permitted to exceed them; whoever exceeds them is sinful.

The wife must not dispose of her husband's money through charity except with his permission, unless it is for trivial matters customary within their society. If a woman gives charity from her husband's money with his permission, both she and her husband will be rewarded for it.

Giving Sadaqa (charity) purifies wealth and its owner from sins. There is no harm in using this money for building mosques or other charitable endeavors.
